Largest Taxi Firm Suspended Fleet After Tesla Accident in Paris
It is unknown yet if the accident were happened because of a technical fault.

Model 3 is on the agenda after a Tesla accident in Paris. A leading taxi company in France’s capital has suspended the use of 37 cars.
One person was killed in the accident while twenty others were wounded, and three of them are in serious condition, reports Reuters.
According to France’s Transport Minister Jean-Baptiste Djebbari, there was no immediate suggestion that the fatal accident took place due to a technical fault. “There are no elements that would lead one to believe it was tied to a technical problem,” he said.
Tesla accident in Paris
G7, the taxi company in Paris, made a decision to suspend the use of Tesla Model 3 for security reasons that involved the accident on Saturday. “We have two divergent views on the subject. We will maintain the suspension of the Tesla Model 3 while the investigation is ongoing, as a safety measure for our drivers, customers, and other road users,” said Jerome Coumet, mayor of Paris’ 13th arrondissement, on Twitter.
Tesla did not comment on the deadly collision yet, and currently, Elon Musk’s company is busy collecting data from the sensors and cameras of the vehicles. Tesla has previously put some data forward to defeat claims that such incidents were happened because of malfunctioning technology. Tesla Model S was involved in a deadly crash in Texas in April.
Executives from the electric vehicle company defended the semi-self-driving system following the accident. Musk also refused suggestions that blamed the company’s autopilot. According to the billionaire, “This is completely false.”
